When you participate on the portal you can earn Change4Life points.

One point is equal to one dollar to bid. As your points accumulate you can bid on the gift cards with values ranging from $10 to $250!  The more points you have for your bid, the greater the value of the card you can bid on.

Here is how you earn points:

  • Complete an online Health Risk Assessment (HRA) to receive your personalized health “report card” with an overall score and recommended action plan and tools to help you make small (or even big) steps to adopting healthier living habits.
  • Sign up to receive health reminder emails that will help you to stay on track with your health-related activities – from a daily steps count, to physical activity motivation, healthy eating information, blood pressure management and more. You can print your results to take to your next doctor’s appointment!
