The Prism Continuum Program
Losing your group benefits? Worried about the healthcare expenses you’re going to have to pay because you are no longer covered by your group plan at work? Anxious because you may not qualify for other coverage due to health issues?
Prism Continuum offers four plans that will provide guaranteed coverage – even for those with pre-existing medical conditions and regardless of your age – if you, your spouse or dependents apply within 60 days of losing your/their company group health benefits. The applicant must be the person losing their benefits.

NOTE: You can complete the Prism Spectra medical questionnaire if you wish, as you may be eligible for another program with more comprehensive benefits.
Prism Continuum offers coverage for:
- Prescription drugs
- Dental care
- Vision care
- Extended health care
- Travel emergency services (only available to those under age 65)
- Hospital accommodation
